COMING SOON!!!

HISTORY/RECORDS

View stats/records for non weekly events with racing reference

*****ATTENTION RACE FANS*****

We're calling on you. Yes, YOU to help us out. We're currently working to build the largest archive in Kingsport Speedway history. A place on the internet where the track's rich history is accessible with a few easy clicks or taps. One small issue though. Due to various reasons, such as the track's closure from 2002-2009 (weekly racing didn't return until 2011), and many other issues. Our pool is pretty dry. This is where you, the fans, get to shine!! We're calling on fans who are record keepers, photographers, collectors, or race fans with a lot of "useless" information

We're looking for everything. Photos, newspaper articles, stats, merchandise, anything to tell and preserve the story of the Concrete Jungle! In speaking of that, we're starting small. We just want items from the concrete era (1996-present) first. We'd even be happy with info since the track's re-opening (2011-present). If this is successful, and we're able to build a pretty strong page. We'll move towards working on the track's 2nd dirt venture.

The history/records page will also have 4 subdivisions

Past Champions (we mainly need champions from 96'-02')

Defunct Divisions

Lap Records

Virtual Museum (where fans will likely be most helpful)

Any information on those 4 subsections would greatly be appreciated

Items your Social media & Website manager doesn't really need. But would really love:

-The 3-5 drivers with the most feature wins since 1996

-Galaxy Kingsport Speedway logo

-News articles or any info on why the track's proposed return to dirt in 03'-04' fell through

-Photos of the track's transition from dirt to concrete (i.e concrete being poured)

If you, our fans are able to dig up anything of Kingsport Speedway's past. Feel free to take a photo of it and email Jakob Buckles at jakobbuckles7@gmail.com and your find will most likely be featured on the website!!

Thank you so much!! we hope to hear from you soon!! And see you March 22nd for the Hurds Mowing Season Opener!!
